New Feature Requests

Occasionally, a member will request to have an email re-sent to them because they are unable to find it in their inbox. Currently, merchants can reach out to us and we can have the email re-sent manually for them from our end. With this feature, the merchant would be able to process this re-send this themselves from within the app.

Currently the only way to mass-email all members for announcements or other updates is to use our Klaviyo integration. Merchants have requested a way to send this mass email from within the app. This feature would allow merchants to send one-off custom emails to all members, or all members of selected program(s), for any reason they'd like.
